The Project includes the following Work: Resurfacing streets via milling or overlaying existing asphalt with a trueing and leveling course with a binder course and/or a top course of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) meeting NYSDOT Specification 403, as provided in the May 1, 2008 edition. Rebuilding and/or resetting manhole and catch basin frames and grates/covers. Removal and replacement of sidewalks at intersections to meet the current ADA standards.
