TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MERION ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is provided by the Township Secretary that Sealed Proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: 2024 Street Tree Planting Program
Contract Number: 24-38-51-55
Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Bonfire Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Thursday, October 17, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit “C”) of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% is required. Specifications may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Bonfire Website. Work consists of the planting of 200 trees total in Lower Merion Township. All trees B&B. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day Friday, October 4, 2024.
