INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals for the Pocono Mountain School District – 2025 Administration Building Drainage and Sewer Improvements Project will be received online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.procureware.com/home) by Pocono Mountain School District until 2:00 PM, Prevailing Time, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid. Pocono Mountain School District will discuss for potential action on the Bid at their regularly scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The Bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The Project will be bid as one contract for Pocono Mountain School District 2025 Administration Building Drainage and Sewer Improvements. The project consists of the minor grading at the rear of the Administration Building to enhance drainage; installation of storm drains and piping; connection of existing downspouts to storm water piping; installation of new sewer tank between building and grinder pump; and installation of necessary sewer piping to provide proper connection to the existing grinder pump. All Bidding documents are available online at no cost at http://pennbid.procureware.com/home on May 12, 2025. Bid security in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid will be required in the form of certified check, cashier’s check, bank treasurer’s check, or satisfactory bid bond made payable to or naming as obligee Pocono Mountain School District, Monroe County. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of bid opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. Bidders are advised that they must comply with All State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project. You are required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442 – Session of 1961) shall apply to this project, as defined within the Project Manual, since this contract is estimated to cost more than $25,000.00. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and each with satisfactory corporate surety, will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder at the time stated in the specifications. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Pocono Mountain School District Administration Building on Tuesday May 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
