2025 CDBG W. Seventh Street Improvements

The Borough of Red Hill is soliciting bids for the 2025 CDBG W. Seventh Street Improvements project in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Funded by HUD's Community Development Block Grant, the scope of work includes the replacement of storm sewer piping and structures, concrete curb replacement, and the construction of ADA curb ramps between Main Street (SR 29) and Cedar Court. The project is a fixed-fee contract and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who demonstrates appropriate technical experience and maintains a permanent place of business. All work must comply with PennDOT Publication 408, PennDOT Standard Specifications RC-67M, and regulations from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the County Conservation District. Bidders must submit all proposals electronically via PennBid by October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT.
