Sealed Bids for the following contracts will be received by Mount Joy Township: 2025 Road Widening
Separate Bids will be received online by Mount Joy Township via the PennBid Program until 1 pm local time on March 11, 2025 at which time the Bids will be made available online. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each project. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen’s Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The 2025 Road Widening project are subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates.
