2026-03 IFB Sheriff's Office Fencing Project

Fluvanna County, Virginia, is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a firm fixed price contract to install decorative metal and chain link fencing at the Sheriff's Office in Palmyra. The project includes the installation of a 4-foot wide by 6-foot tall decorative metal gate with a programmable keypad lock at the front sidewalk, an 8-foot by 8-foot chain link gate with a padlock at the rear of the property, and an optional 8-foot by 3-foot chain link gate for a well water holding tank. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, with permitted working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days a week.
