ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID     The Chennault International Airport Authority will be accepting sealed bids at its office located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., for:   ELEVEN (11) ELECTRICAL GATE CONTROLLER UPGRADES CIAA PROJECT #2026-05   Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Chennault International Airport Authority, 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (337-491-9961).   Official Bidding Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.   Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid.   A Pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J.
