The City of Covington is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to complete storm drainage improvements along Newton Drive in Covington, Georgia Sealed bids must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Maranna Gilbert no later than 10:00am on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:15 AM. A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 8th, 2026 at 11:00 am at the City Hall located at 2194 Emory St, Covington, GA 30014.
