McKinney Independent School District is soliciting competitive proposals under solicitation number 2026-10-653 for E-Rate eligible Category 1 services to ensure secure and high-performance connectivity across its facilities. The scope of work is divided into three primary requests: self-provisioned and leased networks, wide area network only transport, and internet access. Additionally, the contract requires adherence to the Davis-Bacon Act for construction over 2,000 dollars and mandates non-discrimination compliance.
