Sealed bids, which shall be clearly marked on the outside ¿Bid for the 2026 Asphalt Road Resurfacing Services¿ with the return address, will be received by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners, at the Commissioner¿s Office, 822 Industrial Blvd., Suite 200, Ellijay, Georgia 30540 until July 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM Local Time and at that hour opened and publicly read aloud for 2026 Asphalt Road Resurfacing Services as described below: The roads for repaving are:
¿ Gilmer County road, CR-15 Clear Creek Road beginning at Highway 52 East and ending at Yukon Road 6.85 miles.
The asphalt will be 12.55 mm Superpave. The work consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment and Bituminous Material (Tach) and performing all work in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, 2001 Editions as amended by supplemental specifications and contract provisions.
