Hennepin County is seeking bids for the award of contract for the supply, remove and replace old guardrails and install new ones where necessary for the guardrail upgrade projects located in the cities of Plymouth, Dayton, Minnetonka and Minnetrista.
Hennepin County plans to upgrade eight guardrail locations along 4 different CSAH’s located in 4 different cities throughout the county.  Eight of the guardrail locations make up the bid of the proposal.  Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control and traffic control supervision to provide and perform the complete rebuild of guardrail at various locations throughout Hennepin County as per their bid for this Construction Project. Any items on the projects deemed salvageable by the CAR such as End Treatments, W Beams, or steel post will be delivered to the Hennepin County Public Works in Medina or Hennepin County property of choice
