Inquiries Inquiry 92395 | How many officers are traveling? Since our bid must be all-in and not exceed the GSA rate of $110, please confirm which taxes the State is exempt from: Ohio sales tax only, or also the local lodging excise tax? The PO is valid through June 30, 2026, but training is September 2026: how will it be issued so payment isn't delayed? Is there an incumbent or predecessor contract? | Answer: In repsonse to the number of personnel traveling there will be approximately 64. The room needs will be double occupancy rooms as follows;Check-in September 13 and check-out September 16- 20 roomsCheck-in September 13 and check-out September 18- 10 roomsCheck-in September 16 and check-out September 18- 7 roomsIn response to the GSA rate and taxes the "Not ro exceed GSA rate" is for lodging only. Taxes are not calculated towards that rate and we do pay local lodging/room taxes and are sales tax exempt. In response to the PO date, this is an oversight and the PO will be good until June 30, 2027.In response to the question of is there an incumbent or predecessor contract? A contract has been awarded in previous years for lodging for travel associated to training. | Answered: 7/16/2026
