The Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Donny Brook Lane Stormwater Improvement Project, a turnkey infrastructure initiative requiring contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for full project completion with minimal authority involvement. The scope includes removing approximately 71 linear feet of 54-inch corrugated metal pipe and two existing headwalls along with surrounding pavement, installing a new 10-foot by 5-foot concrete box culvert measuring about 67 linear feet along with two new concrete headwalls, and restoring the road surface post-installation. Additionally, approximately 36 linear feet of 24-inch corrugated metal pipe will be rehabilitated using cured-in-place pipe lining technology. All work must occur within existing easements and public rights-of-way, which have already been secured, and all required federal, state, and local permits have been obtained. The project plans were developed by RINDT, Inc. and finalized in April 2026, with detailed specifications outlined in the bid package. Bidders must obtain the complete bid package for a non-refundable fee of $125 by contacting RINDT, Inc., and failure to do so will render any submission nonresponsive.
