Full Description
The project includes: storm sewer construction, curb restoration, pavement restoration, PennDOT catch basins, pavement marking replacement, traffic control, mobilization and bonds.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the BOROUGH Building, 501 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517, on July 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
A ten percent (10%) bid security in the form of certified or bank check or bid bond must accompany each sealed proposal.
Wages paid for all Work performed shall comply with the Pennsylvania Minimum Prevailing Wage Act as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bidders shall be PennDOT prequalified for the work per Publication 408, Section 102.1.
The Borough of Denver reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Borough. The Borough also reserves the right, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid.
