ITB No. 26-2975-6JOK - Tuckahoe Park Bond Project

The project at 2400 Little League Drive in Henrico County, Virginia, involves comprehensive new construction and renovation activities to enhance the Tuckahoe Little League site. Key elements include the buildout of two fully accessible restrooms with connected utility infrastructure, a newly constructed asphalt parking lot featuring accessible parking spaces, curb and gutter, storm sewer systems, site lighting, and landscaping, as well as the renovation of two existing asphalt parking lots with comparable upgrades.
