The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the ¿Authority¿) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the Union Grove Road Stormwater Improvement Project (the ¿Project¿), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids.
