The project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of a written Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled with the project title and delivered to City Hall at 61 City Square, Hoschton, Georgia no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified cashier’s check equal to five percent of the total bid amount, payable to the City of Hoschton. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds equivalent to 100 percent of the bid amount, with sureties required to hold an AM Best rating of A-6 or higher, be listed in the Federal Registry of Acceptable Sureties, licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and Secretary of State, and appear on the U.S. Treasury’s Circular 570 list.
