The FY26 Beaufort, MCAS Beaufort Pay-As-Cut Timber Sale (Contract No. N40085-26-RP-00158) is located on Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, Beaufort, South Carolina. This is a pay-as-cut timber sale designed to expedite the harvest of timber for construction projects and/or silvicultural work with a short completion time and/or logistical difficulties due to location or training conflicts.
This is a pay-as-cut timber sale with a firm-fixed unit price. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the IFB and Standard Form 114 (Sale of Government Property -- Bid and Award).

Sealed bids will be received for the purchase and removal of Timber located on Marine Corps Station Beaufort, South Carolina. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2026, and read at the office of NAVFAC MIDLANT-FEAD, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, Building 616, Beaufort, SC, 29904. This is per unit /ton sale. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and strongly encouraged.
