Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The work generally includes wearing course overlay and incidental paving work on South Faust Road (from Old Route 22 to Hickory Drive). The project work is located entirely in Bethel Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents.
Questions shall be submitted via the “Public Q&A” feature within PennBid.
