2026 Regional Street Renewal Program - St. Mary's Road from Fermor Av to Arden Av D2. SCOPE OF WORK D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Pavement Rehabilitation (i) St. Mary’s Road from Fermor Avenue to Abinojii Mikanah. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Pavement Rehabilitation (i) Planing existing asphalt overlay; (ii) Full depth concrete repairs of existing joints and slabs; (iii) Installation of catch basin/ catch pits and connection pipe; (iv) Abandon existing drainage inlets; (v) Abandon sewer; (vi) Renewal of existing curbs and splash strips; (vii) Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes and other appurtenances; (viii) Placement of asphalt overlay (Type MS1, average thickness 85 mm); (ix) Installation of traffic signals bases, service pits and conduits; (x) Renewal of existing sidewalk; (xi) Construction of concrete sidewalk with block outs; and (xii) Topsoil and sod.
