The Town of Atkinson, New Hampshire is requesting bids for the purchase of a new Municipal Finance Software. The Town intends to purchase new Municipal Software by selecting a qualified vendor to implement the install, training, data conversion, customer service, hosting, and any other associated licenses to complete the project. Scope of applications included in the software are to include, but are not limited to, general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, budget development, billing, and purchasing.The complete RFP packet and specifications for the bid are available at the Atkinson Town Hall and on the Town website, https://www.town-atkinsonnh.com/ under the Bids/RFP page. All proposals must be received at the Selectmen’s Office, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Municipal Finance Software” no later than 12:00 Noon Thursday, October 15, 2026.
