2027-02 Tennis Courts

Two new tennis courts are planned for the South Campus of the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District, with associated site improvements including tennis court nets, chain link fencing, stone dust and cement concrete walkways, gravity block retaining walls, guard rails, a stormwater drainage system, and a sound barrier. The project must be completed by December 31, 2026, and has an estimated total cost of $250,000. The solicitation, titled 2027-02 Tennis Courts with number BD-27-1979-ENSAT-ENSAT-132086, was posted on August 5, 2026, and bids are due by August 24, 2026. The contract is being issued by the Massachusetts-based school district with the primary point of contact being Purchaser Stephanie Poska, and all work is to be performed at the district’s campus located at Maple Street in Hathorne, Massachusetts, 01937.
