Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The purpose of this General Contractor Standing Offer is to allow for the construction, alterations and urgent repair work, as and when required, at the following Correctional Service Canada Institutions; Regional Psychiatric Centre – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (multi-level security) and Oskana Community Correctional Centre – Regina, Saskatchewan (minimum-security). The Statement of Work (SOW) has been developed to ensure that the Contractor has a clear understanding of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) Work scope, procedures, and services required to deliver the complete goods and services, within the agreed to price and schedule, upon SOA Call-up. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three years.
