23--UTV Purchases

The Bureau of Land Management is seeking small business suppliers to provide utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) and a UTV trailer for use at offices in Colorado and New Mexico under a small business set-aside solicitation. All UTVs must be offered on an "or equal" basis to any referenced brand, and suppliers are required to include trade-in and disposal of existing used UTVs as part of the offering. The total cost of each item must include delivery to the specified line-item location, with delivery terms defined as FOB Destination per federal acquisition regulations.
