The City of Alpharetta hosts several public special events for our citizens and community throughout the year. We are requesting proposals from licensed electrical contractors to provide electrical services on an On-Call basis for special events offered by our Recreation, Parks and Cultural Service Department¿s Community Services division. Currently, the City offers seven larger special events throughout the year which require electric services. In addition, the City provides smaller or weekly events April through October and the Brooke Street Concert Series. All events are subject to change. In addition to the special events, there are electrical service needs associated with the holiday decorations in downtown. The contract does not guarantee a certain number of hours nor guaranteed annual costs. Subcontractors are not allowed for this contract.
