2420--Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery Workman HDX

SPECIAL NOTICE INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Continental District, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Professional Turf Products, DUNS 942423112. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contract will be firm-fixed-price. Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery has a requirement and immediate need for four Workman HDX WD vehicles, to include ROPS certified cab, cab door kit, horn kit, cab heater and MVP kit 400 hour. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer no later than 11:00AM PST, September 21, 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in enough detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer Brian Trahan at contact@example.gov. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
