The County of Orange, Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as “County” or “OCSD”) is requesting competitive sealed bids from pre-qualified firms, (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”) for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Mechanical Services.
