Notice of Opportunity to Participate in the Implementation Council for One Care

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services, through MassHealth, is seeking diverse Massachusetts residents and representatives from community-based organizations to serve on the Implementation Council for the One Care program. One Care is a coordinated health plan designed for eligible adults ages 21 to 64. The Council's primary purpose is to advise MassHealth on strengthening the program, monitoring healthcare access for mental health and substance use services, reviewing member experiences, and participating in community outreach. Selected members will serve an initial two-year term, with the possibility of an extension, and are expected to attend virtual meetings twice per month. Compensation for council members includes a 75 dollar stipend for each meeting attended and 25 dollars per hour for engagement meetings or approved activities such as in-person town halls. Applicants are evaluated based on the clarity and completeness of their application, their understanding of the council's goals, and their relevant knowledge and experience with One Care. To be eligible, applicants must not have a direct or indirect employment or contractual relationship with My Ombudsman or a One Care Plan.
