26-119 After-hours Janitorial Services for the Sacramento Florin Industry Business Center DMV Field Office Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Mandatory Pre-bid walkthrough and meeting are required. Estimated budget cost $115,020.00 for three (3) year term. Current Contractor: Quality Cleaning Professional, LLC. Original amount of Contract: $76,572.00. Amendment 1 added $383.40 increasing total contract amount to $76,955.40. Original Monthly After-Hours Janitorial Services: $2,127.00. Effective 2/1/24 with the amendment the monthly rate $2,158.95. New Projected Term Dates: 2/1/2027-1/31/2030
