Region of Opportunity: Canada Region of Delivery: Winnipeg, Manitoba GSIN: N6640 (UNSPSC 41100000) – Laboratory Equipment and Supplies Notice Type: Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Tendering Procedure: Selective - This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Only Indigenous Suppliers that have been invited, qualify to submit a bid. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Description: The National Research Council of Canada’s – Automotive and Surface Transportation (NRC-AST) requires a Universal Testing Machine (UTM) capable of determining the mechanical properties of polymer films/sheets, composites, and molded products according to the ASTM and ISO standards. The equipment must be able to measure and detect tensile and flexural properties. The work consists of supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the system and all accessories at the NRC address and training on equipment use; all of the work must be completed by end of February 2027.
