26-601.03 TM112 Retail Pharmacy & Nursing Education Relocation

This contract involves the relocation of existing Nurse Education from suite LM079 to suite TM112 at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut, and the conversion of LM079 into a fully functional retail pharmacy space. The project requires comprehensive interior renovations including installation of a new check-in counter, vaccine alcove, doors, sink, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems. Demolition activities will remove partitions, suspended ceilings, gypsum soffits, millwork, furniture, technology fixtures, and pendant-style sprinkler heads, while new construction must adhere to strict standards outlined in Division 1 through Division 8 of the Volume-2 Project Specifications.
