AI Contract Overview
This procurement for Tolleson Elementary School District 17 covers Category 1 and Category 2 services. Category 1 requirements include internet access for the district hub with a minimum of 2Gbps and scalable options up to 50Gbps, as well as standalone data transmission services between 10Gbps and 50Gbps. These services require a 60-month contract or a one-year term with four one-year extensions, allowing for bandwidth adjustments during the term. Category 2 requirements focus on hardware and licensing, including a next-generation firewall, 15 48-port switches, a wireless controller, and 15 WiFi 6 indoor access points. The request also includes 3-year enterprise licenses for new and existing Meraki equipment, as well as site surveys and heat map documentation for the wireless installation. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid process, but it must adhere to the Arizona State Procurement Code and FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule. Any proposal exceeding 100,000 dollars must be linked to a State Master Contract, IGA, or approved cooperative purchasing agreement to avoid disqualification. Vendors must quote eligible and ineligible products separately and ensure all equipment is labeled with the E-Rate year and Funding Request Number. Proposals that are generic or fail to address the specific technical requirements will be considered non-responsive.
