Category 1: District is seeking bids on (1) 500 Mb connection with a 1 Gbps port AND (1) 25 Mb connection with a 1 Gbps port. All quantities & capacities are approximate. All inquiries & bid responses must be directed VIA EMAIL to the technical contact listed on this Form 470. Vendor is responsible for providing their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). All bids received must be specific for services requested on this Form 470. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. Vendor must agree to provide the Applicant their preferred discount method (BEAR or SPI).
Category 2: District would like bids on the following: (10) HPE Aruba 6200F 48G Class 4 PoE 4SFP+ 370W Switch or equivalent. (7) HPE Aruba Direct Attach Copper Cable - 10Gbase direct attach cable - 3.3 ft. or equivalent. (10) HPE Aruba Central Foundation - 5-year subscription licenses or equivalent. (6) HPE J9150D Transceiver - or equivalent. Please include installation as an optional line item. District would consider standalone installation quotes. All quantities & capacities are approximate. All inquiries & bid responses must be directed VIA EMAIL to the technical contact listed on this Form 470. Vendor is responsible for providing their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). All bids received must be specific for services requested on this Form 470. Please include any necessary licensing or software needed for equipment. Basic Maintenance and MIBS has been selected to cover any software or licensing needs. Vendor should specifically note any non-E-Rate eligible items in bid response. Prices quoted should be firm, including a line item for any expected tariff or rate increases. Vendor must agree to provide the Applicant their preferred discount method (BEAR or SPI). Bids should include any additional components not listed (transceivers, modules, cables, power supplies, patch cords, ducts, patch cables etc.) needed for items listed to function and operate correctly.
