The services will be provided at:

Vendors are required to provide separate pricing for all components of a bundled service and break out the cost of any ineligible products and services. Multiyear and one year contracts with up to four voluntary extensions will be considered. All installation, construction or buildout costs must be included in the proposal. Any proposal noting that there might be future charges may not be considered in the vendor decision process.
