Contractor shall provide services at the Veterans Home (Home), located at 10900 Telephone Rd, Ventura, CA 93004. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, permits, and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide a Legionella Water Management Plan, testing, and remediation services. Services shall be provided for the Home, upon request and in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
