27-005 Landscaping Services

The City of Commerce, Georgia, is soliciting proposals for city-wide landscaping services under solicitation 27-005. The scope of work includes mowing turf areas, weed control in beds and borders, debris removal, and pruning vegetation across multiple locations, including the Administrative Complex, Commerce Gateway, Spencer Park, the Commerce Library, and various downtown flower beds and parking areas. Required submission materials include an executive summary, company background, three Georgia-based client references, a current W-9, and a bid bond equal to 5% of the base proposal. The selected vendor must provide a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount, general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per incident, and compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. Payment is processed 30 days after the completion of construction and successful testing of installed products.
