Objective: The DNR is seeking to purchase 250 gallon three point sprayer which must have: 1) heavy duty frame, 2) 250 gallon tear drop tank with sump, 3) three way electric plumbing with motorized ball valve shut offs, 4) Ravan SCS450 or comparable system, 5) 2’ bottom fill, 6) 30’ hydraulic fold boom with Turbo TeeJet Injection nozzles, 7) hydraulic hoses for boom and pump, 8) transport width less than 9’, and 9) unit must be fully assembled or a State of Iowa approved equivalent. The 250 gallon three point sprayer with heavy duty frame and 30’ hydraulic fold booms is intended to illustrate the general characteristics of three point sprayer needed and not meant to limit competition. All equivalents shall provide detailed specifications with their quote. Any deviations to the following specifications should be noted next to the specification listed below by either handwriting or inserting a comment next to the specification. The DNR reserves the right to determine if the deviations are acceptable. Vendors shall be authorized manufacture representatives authorized to extend manufacturer’s warranties. NOTE: Respondent must approve and resubmit their Proposal after an amendment has been posted by the Issuing Officer. If the Proposal was submitted before the amendment, all information will be saved. The Respondent only needs to read and acknowledge the amendment. Instructions for Amendments: Answer the newly posted question in the Questions Section, and CERTIFY and SUBMIT your proposal again (if previously submitted).
