Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The required delivery when First Article (FA) requirements are applicable is 4 each 360 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without First Article Testing is 4 each 240 DACA. This item is restricted to only small businesses that are approved to manufacture this item. The currently approved small businesses are Kerns Manufacturing Corp., Cage Code: 93596, Electro-Methods Inc., Cage Code: 33617, B & F Machine Company, Inc., Cage Code: 9J253 and Dynatech International Corp., Cage Code: 63172. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
