The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), specifically PMA-226, Cherry Point, NC, has a requirement to award a sole source contract to CMR Technologies, Incorporated, Island Heights, NJ, to procure technical and integration services in support of the T58 engine Automated Data Acquisition System (ADAS). These services shall include, but not be limited to, training, troubleshooting and fault isolation associated with the T58 ADAS. Performance shall take place at the contractor's facilities in Island Heights, NJ, and at the following locations: NAVAIR Support Equipment Facility (NAVAIRSEFAC) Solomons, MD, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, NC; Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA; Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD; Camp Pendleton MCB, San Diego, CA; MCAS Miramar, San Diego, CA; and MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. The proposed contract will include a twelve (12) month base period plus two twelve month options. As the original designer, developer and manufacturer of the T58 ADAS, CMR Technologies maintains exclusive proprietary rights to all of the technical data and drawings required to perform these services and, as such, is the only company capable of meeting the Navy's technical requirements.
