Prices will be rated higher than past performance. Past Performance will be evaluated on past performance with USP Atlanta, other Federal Bureau of Prisons institutions and Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs). Rating will consist of contractor's ability to deliver within the timeframe required and quality of goods delivered, and will then be rated as a go or no-go. You will be responsible for providing the correct prices to match our units of measurement. I will not do the conversions on the math. If you fail to meet the attached delivery schedule or attempt to provide an item that doesn't meet the specifications it will be noted as a performance issue and your bid for the next quarter may not be considered.
