Pre Solicitation for Quarterly Subsistence: The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue RFQP03111100003 for the provision of KOSHER for the Federal Prison Camp located at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Alabama. Items awarded are to be delivered within 30 days of the date of award of this RFQ which is estimated to be December 14, 2010. Failure to deliver by the specified date may cause the order to be awarded to another vendor. Please read the RFQs carefully and be sure that all information requested is included in the quote. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete data. The quote you submit will be evaluated. The government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, which ever is most advantageous to the Government. Items delivered will be accepted in accordance with FAR 52.211-16, Variation in Quantity at 10 percent. Excess items over the exact quantity ordered will be returned at the contractors expense or retained without compensation to the contractor. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after December 14, 2010.
