THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ)


Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) 2 ROPS requires the purchase of SWIT FULL HD 9-INCH LCD MONITORS. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the associated. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is  (334310 – Audio and Video Equipment) Manufacturing the size standard is 750 Employees. Delivery of purchase will be rendered within 60 days after award of contract. Please note that telephone calls and faxed responses will not be accepted. Please also note that all potential offerors Interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Terms of the solicitation and specifications unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Offerors are required to utilize the attached Attachment 3 Request For Quote Price List to submit their price quote following the instructions for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements. All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with RFO 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory. Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. The website for registration is www.sam.gov <http://www.sam.gov. This RFQ is to be issued from 15 September 2026 through 17 September 2026 08:00 A.M., PDT. Evaluation Factors for this requirement are: Price, Delivery, past performance, and Warranty.
