The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity contract with firm fixed pricing for Drink and Snack Vending Machines and Vending Machine Accessories for Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 333318. The size standard is 1,000 Employees. Sources sought notice N0018916T0176 was posted on 06 May 2016. The small business professional concurs with the resulting acquisition strategy. NEXCOM requires Drink and Snack Vending Machines and Vending Machine Accessories for the different types and classes of Navy ships. The requirement is for a five (5) year ordering period. The contractor shall provide the requested drink and snack vending machines and vending machine accessories in accordance with the specifications stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Prices for individual machines and accessories shall be for individual zones and estimated quantities.
