THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A SYNOPSIS (SUMMARY). THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The US Army Contracting Command Redstone has a requirement for the acquisition of one (1) each Bond Alignment Upgrade and one (1) each Loading Chuck for 2 inch -100mm Wafers and one (1) each Ruler for substrate positioning for an EV Group EVG620 Mask and Bond Alignment System from EV Group Incorporated of Tempe AZ 85284. EV Group shall incorporate the above upgrades during the manufacture of the EVG620 mask/bond aligner system. EV Group is the sole manufacturer of the EVG620 and upgrades to the EVG System must be compatible. Solicitation number W31P4Q-13-T-0098 is to be a firm fixed price acquisition, in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1 (a). The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 334413. CLIN 0001 will be issued for one (1) each Bond Alignment Upgrade and CLIN 0002 will be issued for one (1) each Loading Chuck for 2 inch -100mm Wafers and CLIN 0003 will be issued for one (1) each Ruler for substrate positioning.
