NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Advanced Technical Products, 2000 Brunswick Lane, Deland, FL 32724, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1), - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements for the acquisition of sixty-three (63) Joint Biological Point Detection Systems (JBPDS) and program support with options for an additional eighty-three (83) systems. Use of competitive procedures would result in unaccept able delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. (Note 22 applies).
