The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336212 with a small business size standard of 1000.00 employees. This requirement is a total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The Air National Guard - Missouri requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: CLIN 0001: 1 x 36 Ft Low-Pro Flatdeck Trailer with Duals (LD) Goose Neck (Mfr: P.J. Trailers) or Approved Equal. The vendor must provide all planning, design, testing, parts, and labor required to deliver the trailer to Rosecrans MAP, St. Joseph MO 64503.
