The Department of the Interior, Office of Acquisition and Property Management, Bureau of Land Management Programs, Oregon/Washington, intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial supply requirement for an equine tilt squeeze chute for the Burns District BLM Wild Horse and Burro Corrals, located at Hines, Oregon as a single source to Flying W, Inc, 922 W Russworm Dr, Watonga, OK, as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 12.201(a). The procedures in FAR subpart 12.201-1 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. Flying W, Inc is the only manufacturer, distributor, and installer of equine-specific tilt chutes at this time.
