This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 



(A) The solicitation number is 70Z08426QDL940026 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for the U.S Coast Guard (USCG) purchase to include: one (1) flatdeck trailer per specifications in the SOR and four (4) 30' straps to support operations for USCG Port Security Unit (PSU) 301.



(B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

Quote shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Chris Columbres at christopher.u.columbres@uscg.mil and the Contracting Officer, Yvett Garcia at yvett.r.garcia@uscg.mil no later than 21 August 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Quotes must provide as a minimum: (1) solicitation number; (2) specifications, pictures and/or drawings for item being offered so that a determination can be made if item being offered meets the requirement (3) Point of contact name, telephone number and address, 4) Company UEI Number.



(I) Questions/Concerns: Offerors must exercise due diligence to identify and report any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or concerns regarding the information outlined in this solicitation.  All questions must be submitted in writing NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED, to the Contract Specialist, Chris Columbres at christopher.u.columbres@uscg.mil and the Contracting Officer, Yvett Garcia at yvett.r.garcia@uscg.mil.
