Contractors will be responsible for all permits and asbestos survey.City staff will be on site Friday March 14th at 9:00am to walk through the scope of work.This project is part of a 155-B hazardous and depilated building enforce action. The City of Lebanon has obtained a court order for the demolition of the building. This order is subject to an appeal, the contract may be withdrawn if so, ordered by the court.
