This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Kamloops Community Network (KCN) Maintenance Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).Background InformationThe KCN consists of fibre-optic cables, fibre-optic splice enclosures (FOSCs), patch panels, and distribution panels located throughout the City. The total length of the current system is approximately 65 kilometres.
